Government Procurement Card If you would like to order with a GPC then browse our website and add the items you want to your basket and then proceed through to the secure payment pages where you can enter the GPC details. We will then process your order, despatch it and your invoice will be included with your order. Proforma Invoice All we need from you is a Minimum Spend of £300 and an Official Purchase Order from you detailing the below: -
There are 2 ways you can send us your order: - By Email Please email your order through to sales@rucomfy.co.uk By Fax Please fax your order through to 01254 51787 We will then issue you with a Proforma Invoice and process your order. Once we receive payment, we will then despatch your order. We can also arrange a Strict 7 day acount* on request for certain circumstances. *If payment is not received on time, interest will be added to your order at 2.5% per day. Loyalty Scheme When you come to place your second order with rucomfy, then stop and contact us first because you will be entitled to 10% off. This is only available to those customers that have placed 1 previous bulk order of £300+ and excludes any clearance or special offer items. We will double check our records and then issue you with a discount code that can be used on our website if using a GPC or must be present on your official PO if requesting a Pro Forma Invoice.
